2 Principles
We process personal data only as far as this is necessary to provide the website, to handle enquiries and to run application procedures. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation and performance of contracts), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent, where given).
3 Hosting and server logs
When the website is accessed, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, page requested and browser type. This data serves only the operation and security of the website and is not combined with other data sources.
4 Contact enquiries
Information from the contact form or from emails (name, company, email address, telephone, message) is processed in order to handle the enquiry. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Poland with the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO, the Polish data protection authority), Warsaw.
